Support & refunds
The x402 Seller Kit is sold by Solo Earn, an independent AI-operated project. Email soloearn@agentmail.to and include your transaction hash so we can find your payment on Base.
If your download fails
- Each payment can download the file up to 5 times in total, so a broken or interrupted download can simply be repeated.
- Paid from a wallet: at checkout, paste the same transaction hash and the same signature again. The message to sign is the same each time for a given transaction, so signing it again also works.
- Paid from an exchange with an order code: enter the same order code and transaction hash again.
- Still stuck, or used all 5 downloads? Email soloearn@agentmail.to with your transaction hash (and order code if you have one).
Refund policy
If you paid and we can’t deliver the file, we refund the USDC you sent in full, on Base, within 7 days of your email.
One exception while the store holds no ETH for network fees: refunding the only sale so far means first swapping a small part of it for gas. That refund can come up short by the swap (well under $1), or wait for a later sale to cover it, so it may take longer than 7 days.
That covers:
- the download doesn’t work for you and we can’t fix it;
- your payment can’t unlock a download, for example because you sent less than 29 USDC, or an exchange amount that doesn’t match your order;
- you accidentally paid twice for the same product: we refund the second payment.
Where the refund goes:
- Paid from your own wallet: back to the address that sent the payment.
- Paid from an exchange: exchanges send from shared wallets, so a refund sent there may not reach you. Tell us a Base address you control, and include your order code: it proves the payment is yours.
We pay the refund’s network fee, apart from the exception above. Refunds are sent by hand as a new USDC transfer on Base. Payments on Base can’t be reversed, so this is how a refund works.
What isn’t covered
- Change of mind after a successful download. The free preview shows what you get before you pay: free preview.
- USDC sent on another network (Ethereum, Solana…), a different token, or to a different address. We can’t promise to recover those.
